We are urgently seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in the New Carlisle area to assist a client with personal care needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using a Hoyer Lift and be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. This position requires availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Differential pay will be offered for weekend shifts; details will be discussed during the interview. Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate, you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is a Plus!

• We reward flexibility. Work weekday nights for +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am), weekend days for +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm), or weekend nights for +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am), simple as that.
