As a Caregiver/PCA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of those you care for, offering not just physical assistance but also emotional support. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and companionship. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and engaging them in meaningful conversation.
• Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring a safe environment.
• Monitor clients' health and wellness, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare meals and support clients with dietary needs.
• Help maintain a clean and organized living space, including light housekeeping tasks.
• Develop and maintain a caring relationship with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or a healthcare role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interactions with clients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Compassionate disposition and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for flexible shifts to accommodate client needs.
