Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.). Prep meals for your clients to enjoy. Assist with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living. Report activities completed and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior. Job responsibilities Meal preparation. Companionship. Medication reminders. Light housekeeping. Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed. Fall risk oversight. Transport clients to appointments or grocery shopping as needed.
