Flexible Scheduling
We offer a variety of shift options to fit your availability, including:
- Morning shifts: 8am12pm, 9am1pm, 10am2pm
- Short or split shifts: 23 hours (AM or PM)
- Standard shifts: 46 hours
- Extended shifts: 712 hours (day or overnight) EXTENDED SHIFTS ARE WIDELY NEEDING COVERAGE
What Youll Do
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and support, including for clients with dementia or memory care needs
- Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Provide medication reminders (no administration)
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Complete required documentation
- Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
- Second form of ID such as Social Security Card or Passport
- Auto Insurance with expiration dates visible
- Hands-On CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) We offer a $50 class through our office!
- TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 Background Screening for the State of FL-AHCA (or willingness to obtain)
- Professionalism, strong communication and documentation skills, and consistent reliability
