As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. This rewarding role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide wheelchair assistance and ensure safe mobility Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction Help maintain the safety and well-being of each individual served Use proper lifting and body mechanics to safely assist clients Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 6 months 1 year of caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required Valid, non-probationary driver's license held for at least 1 year with no restrictions Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting others Ability to safely bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility Preliminary Requirements: Provide proof of a valid driver's license (non-probationary for at least 1 year) Ability to attend paid orientation and commit to training Why Join Our Team?
