Orientation and training provided Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license Effective verbal and written communication Capable of working responsibly with confidential information Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement Successful completion of pre-employment background check Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms Talk and listen Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance Ability to type on a computer keyboard Noise may be moderate to loud Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
