Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented Caregiver to join our team in Perkasie, PA!

As a Caregiver/PCA, will be responsible for providing support to our clients and helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, medication management, and personal care needs.

You will:

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients to promote their emotional well-being.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties and laundry.
• Document client care activities in accordance with Citadel Home Care policies and procedures.

You will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a home care setting, preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
