Requirements: 

• Must be a US Citizen or be legal to work in the US 

• Must have at least 1-3 years work experience in the field 

• Must have reliable transportation to and from job locations

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods of time, lift minimum of 50 lbs 

Carpenter Job Description: 

• Custom bathroom & kitchen installations

• Fine carpentry, high-end finishes and millwork

• Deck construction, including framing, footing and railings 

• Interior/exterior door and window installations, including hardware

• Finish work (hanging cabinets, closet interiors, shelving and vanity installations

• Trim work (base, casement and crown moldings)

• Partition framing (wood and metal), drop ceilings, joists and subfloor work

• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain work site clean and free of debris and hazards 

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Painter Job Description:

• Interior/exterior painting, applying primer and powerwashing 

• Working with paint brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting tools while using a detailed and professional technique to provide exceptional finished product 

• Painting prep-work (caulking, filling, sanding and cutting)

• Safely operating power tools, power washer
