Key Responsibilities Assist skilled carpenters with framing and finish carpentry tasks Perform demo work and site preparation Load, unload, and carry heavy construction materials Maintain clean and organized job sites Drive to and from job sites and supply stores to pick up tools and materials Participate in tool and equipment setup Learn from and support other trades and team members on-site Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE Work hard, stay positive, and be ready to grow into a skilled carpenter role over time Qualifications 2 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or similar labor-intensive work preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working in physically demanding conditions Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the construction trade Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation No formal education or certifications required - drive and work ethic are what matter most Benefits Weekly Pay Cycle Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave) Performance Bonuses Uniforms Provided Safety Equipment Provided Supportive team culture with opportunity for long-term growth Employee recognition and reward opportunities Schedule Full-Time: Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
