Position: Contractor / Reconstruction Tech
Reports To: Office Manager / RPM


Paul Davis is hiring an experienced, hands-on contractor to rebuild homes and businesses after fire and water damage. If you know your trade, work hard, and take pride in clean finished product, we want you on our team.

This is not day labor. Were looking for someone who can produce quality work with minimal oversight.

What Youll Do:

Youll handle residential and light commercial reconstruction work, including:

• Framing and minor structural repairs
• Drywall hanging, mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing
• Texture matching (knockdown, orange peel, etc.)
• Baseboard, trim, door and casing install
• Flooring install (LVP, laminate, hardwood)
• Tile installation (floors and showers)
• Tile layout, cutting, setting, and grouting
• Carpet removal and reinstall
• Caulking, sealing, and punch work
• Demo when needed
• Keeping jobs clean and organized

Youre expected to:

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Produce clean, straight, professional finishes
• Protect customer property
• Communicate job progress clearly
• Keep your truck stocked and organized
• Rotate on-call when scheduled

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years construction or restoration experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Valid drivers license with clean record
• Able to lift 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using job apps/photos for documentation
• Strong work ethic
