Here at Skilled Trades Partners Inc., we are looking for a Skilled Carpenter for a Full‑Time position we have available in Braintree, MA. This is a great opportunity to work for a high-end, family owned, design-build construction company that delivers custom residential and architecturally integrated outdoor living projects throughout New England. Requirements include: 3+ years experience(preferred) Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood, plywood, aluminum, and composite material Framing and structural assembly for residential and outdoor structures Finish carpentry, including doors, trim, cabinetry, stairs, and architectural details Assisting with custom pergola and outdoor structure installations Safely operating hand and power tools while maintaining clean, organized job sites Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Coordinating with project managers and fellow trades to meet project schedules Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in general carpentry and finish carpentry Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in residential construction Experience with framing and structural assemblies Strong understanding of job‑site safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Physical stamina and manual dexterity for hands‑on work Reliability, punctuality, and accountability Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Prior high‑end residential construction experience(preferred) High school diploma or relevant trade certification(preferred) What we offer: Consistent, year‑round work on high-quality residential and outdoor living projects A professional, well‑organized job‑site environment Opportunities to work on architecturally significant and custom installations A company culture that values craftsmanship, integrity, family, and long‑term relationships Competitive pay based on experience 2 week trial basis 1 week vacation after 1 year 7 paid holidays Annual bonus If you'd be interested in this Full‑Time role, then send your information for immediate consideration!
