Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, including framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry duties. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential construction and remodeling projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to determine project specifications.

• Frame walls, install windows and doors, build decks, and assist with additions and renovations.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.

• Collaborate with project managers and other crew members to ensure quality and timely project completion.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies on job sites.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
