New West Building Company builds high-quality residential and commercial projects with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our field crew in Jackson, Wyoming.

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on high-end construction projects

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings

• Frame walls, floors, and roofs; install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and hardware

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite; follow all safety requirements

• Use hand and power tools safely and properly

• Proven carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

• Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements

• Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable transportation to job sites in Jackson, WY

• OSHA-10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain

Compensation: The pay rate listed reflects the maximum for this role. Actual starting pay will be based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
