What Youll Do:
- Perform a variety of carpentry and finishing work, including framing, drywall, trim, and cabinetry
- Assist with demolition and reconstruction following water, fire, or storm damage
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Previous carpentry or construction experience required (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
