Work Location: Laughlin, NV Duration: 6+ months DESCRIPTION Job Summary: This is a long‑term contract assignment in the Laughlin area. The candidate must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense. The position could transition to permanent for the right candidate. Essential Job Functions: Complete minor repairs and adjustments for fire doors Installation of smoke seals and new closures on fire doors Patching holes and repairing sheet rock Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: Must be able to work cooperatively with others Able to maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions Must be able to work unsupervised, schedule own work activities, order correct parts to properly repair and maintain all required equipment Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs This position requires the ability to bend/stoop/twist/reach Must be able to stand for long periods of time Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
