Additional Benefits Discussed During The Interview Process As a Carpenter , you'll work with our production team to deliver high‑quality residential projects, from framing through fine finishes. You'll coordinate closely with Project Managers/Production Managers, stay a few steps ahead on materials and sequencing, and help keep jobsites clean, safe, and on schedule. Responsibilities Execute residential carpentry scopes: framing, exterior trim/siding, window & door installs, decking, interior trim, cabinets, and finishes. Read and interpret plans, specs, and scopes; raise RFIs when something's unclear. Stage materials/tools, verify quantities, and coordinate deliveries to avoid downtime. Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites; participate in daily safety practices. Collaborate with the Production Manager/Lead Carpenter on sequencing and quality control. Meet schedule milestones while upholding NEPA Builders' workmanship standards. Document progress (photos, notes) and communicate issues early with solutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Professional residential carpentry experience (framing through finishes). Solid understanding of layout, measuring, cuts/joins, fasteners, and moisture management. Ability to read construction drawings and follow written/verbal instructions. Organized, calm under pressure, and proactive, you plan ahead, not day‑of. Team‑oriented with strong communication and client‑facing professionalism. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work across NEPA. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
