•             Carpenter - 16k to 17k in hand + Food + Accommodation + ESI +PF
Overview:

Seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team and contribute to high-quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, repair, and modify wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

• Measure and mark materials, cut and shape wood, and assemble components using appropriate tools and equipment

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, frames, and other architectural elements

• Finish and polish wood surfaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance

• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing wooden structures

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

• Work effectively as part of a team or independently

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in carpentry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, planers, and chisels

• Knowledge of woodworking techniques, such as joinery, framing, and finishing

• Understanding of building materials, including wood, plywood, and laminates

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Journeyman Carpenter certification or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders

• Strong measuring and estimation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
