Job Description
Heritage Exteriors is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to join our team. Our Foreman plays a pivotal role to lead, guide, and ensures the smooth execution of carpentry projects with expertise and precision.

As a Carpentry Foreman, your leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will prioritize daily duties to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines. This role involves accurately measuring, marking, and cutting materials, as well as assembling using hand and power tools. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of finished work while maintaining a clean and safe worksite environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of experience in construction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical and industry knowledge in roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and storm damage restoration services
  • Should have a strong understanding of geometry and aesthetic appeal of designs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DOT drug test
  • Utilize technology and smartphone applications for communication, and documentation.
