- Experience in carpet cleaning (5 years+).
- Knowledge of different carpet materials and cleaning techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to operate truck-mounted cleaning equipment.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
