Cart Nurse LPN or RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cart Nurse LPN or RN to join our team at St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation in St. Johnsbury, VT. As a Cart Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and medication management services to our residents. Responsibilities for LPN or Rn

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient medication administration and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care committees

Requirements: for LPN or RN

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (we are open to new graduates or those looking to transition into a new role)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
