Were seeking an experienced Case Management Director to lead care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning services in Ottumwa, Iowa. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing case management operations that support high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered care across the continuum.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical insight, leadership experience, and a clear understanding of how effective case management improves outcomes for patients, providers, and healthcare systems alike.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program

  • Strong understanding of care coordination, patient flow, and resource utilization
