About You:
You are personable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing medical records, collaborating with professionals, and supporting clients through their legal journey. You bring strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset while adapting quickly to changes and focusing on efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their case.
  • Oversee case management through all stages of litigation, including intake, medical record review, investigation, and settlement.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and legal experts to ensure accurate case development.
  • Prepare and review demand packages and negotiate settlements.
  • Manage case expenses, liens, and disbursements to maximize client compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, legal standards, and case deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury firm.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and case management software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with legal procedures.
