Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Case Manager at Yosemite Treatment Center in San Andreas, California Nestled in the Sierra foothills of California, Yosemite Treatment Center located on the Sierra Ridge Campus is a licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program that offers individual, group, and family therapy, as well as evidence-based skill and rehabilitation groups. Yosemite Treatment Center embraces a strengths-based approach within a least restrictive program model and normalized high school environment. Here youth become part of a cohesive, supportive, dynamic community of peers and highly qualified staff. Through Rite of Passage’s Integrated Care Model, Yosemite Treatment Center provides a trauma-responsive program that is individualized for each youth. Pay Starting at $24.00 per hour. Perks & Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 403b match of up to 6% after one (1) year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues ~ On-site housing available for staff use during their shift for those with a long commute, or limited transportation and more! ROP-benefits-perks-2025-ATCS.pdf What you will do Administrate, develop and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs. Develop and oversee the completion of the MAP Plan. Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates. Facilitate weekly group meetings. Conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources toward the youths’ overall success. To be considered you should Be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect. Have a desire to work with troubled teens. Have a BA/BS in a related field. Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry. Schedule 5 days per week: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday – 8-hour shift with 1-hour break.
