Responsibilities The Case Manager addresses and supports offenders assigned to Montana State Prison by using appropriate programming, education, treatment, individual program directives and release planning. Look at system risk and transition services for offenders. Case Planning, prioritizing and managing caseloads. Classification of offenders. Conduct Risk Assessments through Motivational Interviewing (MORRA). Facilitate groups related to the specific needs of the population (Victims Impact or Career Path Group Types). Qualifications Bachelor’s in criminal justice, psychology, education or a related field. 2 years of job-related experience.
