FootCare by Nurses is a rapidly growing company that covers all of Western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut and Cape Cod. Due to an ongoing expansion in needs, we are currently looking for at least 2 exceptional and compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to provide evidence-based foot care services to consumers in homes, clinics, and community settings throughout Cape Cod and the Islands (Bourne through Provincetown).
Our mission is prevention and our passion is caring. We specialize in optimizing foot health to help prevent pain, wounds, and falls while improving overall function, mobility, and quality of life. Our holistic nursing approach focuses on connection, education, and high-quality clinical care.
This is a hands-on nursing role ideal for nurses who enjoy patient education, one-on-one care, and working in community settings.

An ideal candidate has Homecare experience, experience working with older adults, strong critical thinking abilities, a genuine curiosity and love of learning, and a flexible and focused problem-solving mindset.

Prior to certification, FootCare by Nurses provides extensive training.
Once certified, fully trained, and consistently managing an independent schedule of 6-8 consumers per day and fulfilling your monthly commitment:

What Youll Do
- Perform lower extremity and foot health assessments
- Provide advanced nail care (including thickened nails)
- Provide skin care recommendations and education
- Perform circulation-enhancing foot care techniques to assist with improve balance
- Educate consumers and caregivers on prevention and wellness
- Collaborate with consumers healthcare teams
- Document care and maintain clinical standards in our Electronic Records System

- Current Registered Nursing license
- Current driver's license

- Familiarity and comfortable with technology; have a smartphone or tablet with a data plan. (We use apps on smartphones or tablets to communicate, schedule, and do our charting.)
- Comfortable using power tools (we will train!)
- Enjoy driving and working in a variety of settings
Paid Training Period
Prior to certification, FootCare by Nurses provides extensive training.
- Training Pay: $30/hour
- Training Length: Up to 2 weeks (approximately 40 hours total)
- Goal: Prepare nurses to achieve CFCS Certification. We'll pay for the test too!
Once certified, fully trained, and consistently managing an independent schedule of 6-8 consumers per day and fulfilling your monthly commitment:
- $42 $52 per unit completed
Bilingual a plus.
