What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $22 to $33.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What you'll do:
- High volume bank reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile daily cash files to ensure entirety and accuracy
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing bank wire transfers to in house system and accounting system accurately and timely
- Open, close and maintain 500+ bank accounts
- Pull reports tracking daily business cash inflows and outflows
- Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliations and follow up to clear reconciling items
- Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, year-end and special project deadlines and requirements are met.
- Handle special projects as needed.
- Must have 1 to 4 years of banking experience
- Previous cash application or reconciliation experience preferred but not required
- Oracle experience preferred
- Relatively independent and flexible work environment where getting the work done well is most important
- Stable company in a growing industry
