Home Depot - - Responsibilities: Process Checkout and/or Return transactions and monitor Self-Checkout area; Provide product/project knowledge to customers and identify selling opportunities; Assist in supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates; Expedite price checks, approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental; Provide first level escalation for customer issues
