- Greet customers entering and leaving the bakery.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Serve as the cashier and check out customers in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Answer the phone and assist customers with dessert orders, questions and concerns.
- Accurately record dessert orders by phone & from online order platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Receive and process dessert orders via DoorDash.
- Ensure the display counter is always clean and fully stock with the proper product.
- Assist team members with other duties as needed
- Refer customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person
- Assist with proper cleaning and sanitization of work spaces throughout the day.
