Responsible for customer check-in, answer customer questions, and advise and refer customers appropriately. Maintain knowledge of all casino promotions and gaming/non-gaming events. Handle high call volumes and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel. Required to assist with tournament registration, cash handling and ticket sales. Assist with updating customer personal information into the system as needed. Will work interchangeably at the welcome desk and tournament registration desk.
