As part of our Casting department, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, bringing to life the components that help us deliver reliable power solutions to communities worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate casting machines and equipment according to specifications
  • Monitor the casting process to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing preferred
  • Experience in casting or metal fabrication is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
