Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Fine-dining, high volume, scratch kitchen.
- Computer literate.
- Someone who can perform, but wants to learn.
- A passion to serve high quality, delicious food.
- Must be able to manage and develop people.
- Possess strong organizational and supervisory skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent tenure and progression.
- Past evidence of work ethic and loyalty.
- Available to work a variable schedule t include early and late hours, weekends and holidays.
