Job Description
We are seeking experienced Supply Chain leaders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives that improve efficiency, deliver financial savings, maximize system technologies, and support our clinicians and associates.
The Category Manager will serve as a strategic sourcing partner, managing clinical categories across a complex healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, transformation-focused setting.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the end-to-end source-to-contract process for assigned clinical categories
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Manage spend across categories such as Laboratory, Radiology, Perioperative, Medical-Surgical, and clinical capital
- Conduct market and spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations
- Develop and lead competitive procurement processes (RFPs/RFIs)
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and drive measurable cost savings
- Prepare and present complex supply chain initiatives to leadership at all levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in clinical materials and services contracting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Hands-on experience creating and managing RFP/RFI processes with clear documentation
- Ability to influence and collaborate across clinical, financial, and executive teams

Location: Tarrytown, NY
Work Schedule: MON-FRI, 8:30 AM-5 PM (Hybrid)
Annual Salary Range: $123,750.00 to $165,000.00
