Job Description:

We are looking for qualified staff to help us, and train to become a Banquet Captain! The Banquet Captain position is responsible for the event execution, delegate to staff their duties for the event, communicate with the client in a professional manner,

*Must be punctual, hard-working, and eager to learn

*Former catering positions of leadership, such as Banquet Captain experience, preferred

*Must be willing to train as a server/bartender for several weeks before becoming a Captain

*At least 1 year catering experience required

*Current, valid driver's license required

*Must have, or be willing to get, a Food Handlers Certification

*Must be TABC certified

*Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds

*Open availability preferred, as events could be any time of the day/week
