- Flexible Payment Options: Choose between being a W2 employee or a 1099 contractor based on your preferences.

- Dry Van: $0.50 per mile or 25% from gross revenue (whichever is higher)

- Operate company-owned trucks (Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Mack) safely and efficiently to transport goods.
- Adhere to safety regulations and traffic rules, ensuring a secure driving experience.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, inspections, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
- Valid CDL-A license and appropriate endorsements.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks.
