FirstFleet Inc. - Albuquerque, NM Location: Hiring Qualified Drivers
Position Overview: FirstFleet Inc. in Albuquerque, NM, is hiring a well-qualified driver to deliver dedicated round-trip palletized groceries for a major grocery chain.
Job Details: Will do all listed below.
- Overnight runs to Denver: Departs the ABQ yard around 9PM, 10 hr. break DEN then return.
- Relay: Start at our ABQ yard, go to relay points in Chambers or Gallup, meet the relay driver, return to NM, and deliver to stores.
- Local Work: Move trailers and equipment around the ABQ area.
- Standby: If no run is available, check in at our ABQ yard at a predetermined time and be on standby for work at $25.00 per hour (8-hour maximum).
- Set daily work schedule with 2 consecutive days off
- If no load is available on your workday, you will be paid $25.00 per hour for standby, moving trailers, or local work (up to 8 hours).
- Once a dedicated bid line is open, you can transition to that dedicated lane/schedule if in good standing (on time).
- Must live within 30 miles of our ABQ yard.
