Job Title: CDL Class A Driver
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Line Haul/Regional Class A professional Driver. This position involves nightly departures from Morgantown at 19:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with scheduled arrivals at Chicago Intl Airport at 06:00 the next day. Drivers will have a minimum of 10 hours off before coming back on duty.

Responsibilities

• Perform airline/company pick-ups around ORD airport and drive back to Morgantown, WV.
• Observe the loading and unloading of the trailer, primarily handling No Touch freight.
• Operate a 53-foot dry van tractor-trailer truck safely.
• Track and document activity logs properly.
• Use equipment such as sleeper cabs, automatic Freightliner & International trucks, and Penske leased/maintained fleet.
• Utilize fuel card, EZ-pass, and Samsara cab camera and electronic logging device system.
• Maintain a Haz-Mat endorsement.

Essential Skills

• CDL Class A license
• Medical Card
• 2 years of commercial driving experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Haz-Mat endorsement
• Ability to observe and ensure the proper handling of freight

Work Environment

The work environment involves being an OTR Driver with sleeper cabs and up-to-date trucks. Drivers are assigned their own trucks and will be home throughout the week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
