1. Overview:

The CDP Indian - 1 is a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The primary objective of the role is to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to guests.

CDP Indian - 1 Vacancy- 22k to 24k in hand + Food + Accommodation +PF

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to culinary standards and operational procedures

  • Plan and manage food production, including developing menus, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers

  • Maintain quality control of all culinary preparations, ensuring consistency and adherence to restaurant standards

  • Conduct inventory, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures

  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to optimize kitchen operations and customer satisfaction

3. Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques

  • Exceptional knife skills and mastery of various culinary equipment

  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Proficient in using kitchen management software

  • Experience in managing a team of kitchen staff

4. Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or comparable culinary leadership role in a high-volume restaurant

  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and its regional variations
