Position Overview:
As a Cellarman, you'll assist with the day-to-day cellar and production operations at Pooles Brewing, as well as help with the production of contract beverages for our partner brands. This role requires attention to detail, a dedication to cleanliness, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting in all aspects of cellar operations, including fermentation, transfers, carbonation, and packaging
Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, and other brewery equipment
Monitoring the fermentation process and ensuring product quality
Helping with the production of contract beverages for our partner brands
Ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
Working closely with the brewing and production teams to meet production goals
Adherence to all company SOPs
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a production facility (brewery or beverage production preferred)
A strong passion for the craft beverage industry
Ability to lift 55 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
