Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our telecom installation team. This role offers flexibility based on experience and aptitude-ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and interest in telecommunications or hands-on technical work. The position can range from an entry-level helper role to a more skilled technical position, depending on the candidate's background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with telecom circuit testing, equipment installation, and DC power work as needed.

• Support field installations, troubleshooting, and testing of network equipment.

• Receive, organize, and manage materials and equipment in the warehouse space.

• Help track deliveries and ensure equipment is properly staged for upcoming projects.

• Ride along with senior technicians on job sites to provide hands-on support and learn field processes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned, ensuring reliability and quality work on all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecom, electrical, or low-voltage work is a plus but not required.

• Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Ability to lift and move equipment or materials as part of installation work.

• Dependable, proactive, and willing to take direction from senior technicians.

• Basic knowledge of test equipment, DC power systems, or circuit testing is highly desirable.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
