Central Planning Lead Sr Program Manager Apply

We are on the hunt for a Central Planning Lead with solid experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. This role is responsible for project management across key sales initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of sales engagements in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.
BP&O Central Planning Lead
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Drive standardization and continuous improvement in sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, including: defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence through the identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments
- Executive Communications: Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, performance metrics, and key issues into a comprehensive portfolio view, enabling informed decision-making and strategic guidance
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual projects, track progress against goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
