We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead and scale a highly innovative alternative school network that is redefining the high school experience. Built on the belief that learning should be driven by curiosity rather than rigid testing, our network puts students in control through a hybrid, mastery-based model.

We prioritize purpose over grades, passion over pressure, and progress over conformity. Having successfully launched our flagship model, we are now expanding to new geographies and need a strategic leader to drive this growth while preserving our unique, student-centered culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Scale the Vision: Define and execute the strategic roadmap to scale a proven, innovative educational model across multiple new locations.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead all school operations, ensuring high standards while maintaining the innovative spirit of personalized learning.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class team of educators, "Guides," and operational staff.
  • Drive Outcomes: Own the P&L, fundraising efforts, and operational metrics while ensuring measurable, positive student outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with students, families, and community partners to build a lasting movement.
