Job Title: Cerner Systems Analyst (specific to Cerner EHR)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current EHR workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and administrators to optimize EHR processes.
  • Configure and customize EHR systems to enhance usability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new EHR workflows to improve clinical and administrative operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and meaningful use guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on EHR workflow changes and best practices.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to integrate new EHR functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Experience in EHR system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Project management experience in healthcare IT.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
