Position: 4th Grade Math Teacher (Immediate Opening)
Location: Boston, MA – Hyde Park Area (also convenient to Roslindale, Mattapan, West Roxbury, Milton, Dedham, and surrounding areas)
Start Date: ASAP

Rate: $50–$55/hour

Overview:
An elementary school in Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated 4th Grade Math Teacher to join its team immediately. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for the academic growth and success of approximately 24 students.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:45 PM

Responsibilities:

• Teach all 4th Grade Math blocks

• Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations with supportive strategies

• Participate in coaching and professional development programs

• Assist with school programming during non-instructional time

• Contribute as a collaborative member of the school community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience (urban education preferred)

• Ability to meet Massachusetts DESE teacher certification requirements within one year of hire

• Demonstrated belief in student potential and commitment to continuous professional growth

• Proven record of student progress and achievement

Eligibility:
Applicants must have current U.S. work authorization.
