Experience in outpatient care and working with children, including understanding pediatric assessments and effective communication with families.

Requires self-sufficiency and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Must be open to changes in responsibilities and schedules, demonstrating a willingness to adjust to new situations.

Effective verbal and written communication is essential for conveying information to patients, families, and team members, as well as actively listening to patient concerns.
