Location: NJ Sports Spine & Wellness

Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer/Physician

We’re a powerhouse team of rehab experts, sports medicine specialists, and integrated medical providers, and we’re looking for a rockstar Medical Assistant (MA) to become the right hand to our Primary Care Physician and expanding medical physician team.


What You’ll Do:

As an MA in our medical department, you’ll be at the center of patient care—making sure every visit runs smoothly, efficiently, and with compassion.

✅ Assist with procedures, injections, wound care, and minor treatments

✅ Prep treatment rooms and gear with surgical-level precision

✅ Record vitals, patient histories, and clinical notes with clarity and accuracy

✅ Be the go-to guide for patients—explaining pre- and post-care instructions and making them feel confident and cared for

✅ Support front desk staff with scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups

✅ Keep our space clean, stocked, and running like a well-oiled machine

✅ Help our physicians do what they do best—deliver life-changing care

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
  • 1+ year of clinical experience (orthopedics and/or pain management a plus!)
  • Strong knowledge of EMR systems and basic clinical protocols
  • CPR certification preferred
  • A positive attitude and patient-first mindset

  • Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
  • Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.
  • Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
