Role Description

- Perform Vitamin injections (Inner muscular)

- Assist provider during patient visits

- Manage patient flow and appointments

- Complete basic charting (DrChrono)

- Assist with inventory and clinic operations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Ability to manage Medical Office procedures and maintain Medical Records
• Strong focus on Patient Care and delivering high-quality healthcare services
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide patient interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent; aadditional training in medical assisting is preferred
