Aegis Health & Rehabilitation, a leader in the long-term care industry, is actively seeking experienced, reliable, and dependable Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Wildwood, MO. As a CNA at Aegis Health & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. Our small census requires motivated individuals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.

Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner.
• Attend to patients' personal hygiene needs with sensitivity and respect.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Admit residents and facilitate the adjustment of new residents to the facility.
• Respond to patient needs as they arise
  
  
  

Day in the Life of a Certified Nursing Aide:

• Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7:30p or 7:30p-7a) with the flexibility to work every other weekend, and some holidays
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Meal preparation/serving
• Admit residents and assists with the adjustment of new residents to the facility
• Assist with patient needs as they arise
• Foster a positive team environment
• Contribute to the growth of our reputation as the preferred source for skilled nursing and long-term care in the communities we serve

• Competitive Base Pay: $18 per hour, with a day shift differential of $2.00 and overnight differential of $3.00.

Requirements:

• Valid state CNA license(s).
• Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Aide.
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently.
