Westminster Gardens in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2024 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full-Time CNA to join our Assisted Living Department. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Status: Full-Time Shifts: 3:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m.   (4/2 schedule) Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 (Compensation based on experience) To be successful in the role, you would have: Certified Nursing Assistant certificate  CPR & First Aid Certification Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred New Grads Welcome   What’s in it for you?
