Responsibilities Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing. Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose acute, chronic, and complex health conditions. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans that address patient needs, including treatment goals and expected outcomes. Prescribing: Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical devices. Qualifications To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education to perform the duties of the specific position. Education : A graduate or higher-level degree (nursing) from an accredited program. The program must be accredited by a recognized nursing accrediting body at the time the degree was obtained. Degree from Foreign Nursing School: Official certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools is required for graduates of foreign nursing schools. Advanced Practice Nurse Positions : Applicants must possess a graduate or higher-level degree in nursing in the indicated specialty (e.g., Midwifery). Licensure : Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination and hold a current, active, unrestricted license/registration as a professional nurse in the United States.
