Our Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Albany, NY.   Offering a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees!   Duties: Monitor residents and observe any changes in their condition. Report health concerns to the supervising nurse. Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and grooming. Prepare meal trays and record food and fluid intake. Assist with feeding residents and providing nutritional supplements as needed. Make beds and maintain a clean, organized living space for residents. Transport residents within the facility as required. Reposition bedridden residents to prevent bedsores. Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility information. Requirements:   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Completion of an accredited CNA program. Valid CNA certification in the state. Must be in good standing with the state registry.
